Dr. Garnett provides over 20 years of management experience in the area of infrared detector array technology for aerospace. Dr. Garnett was senior department manager for the largest group within the Detector Operations segment of Teledyne Imaging Sensors before co-founding Uriel Solar in 2008. He has also worked for Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Rockwell Science Center. In 2004, Dr. Garnett was presented the Congressional Space Act Award, for ground-breaking work on the largest infrared HgCdTe( Mercury Cadmium Telluride) detector array in the world for high performance space applications.

Dr. Dingus provides over 25 years of high-tech management and executive experience for both large and start-up firms. Past experience includes principal scientist and group leader at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, Director of Technology at Millennia Software, VP of R&D at CrossMedia Networks, and CTO at Sound Advantage LLC. Dr. Dingus has led independent research projects in detector and algorithm design, published over sixty four papers, and given numerous talks. He co-founded Uriel Solar in 2008.

Mr. Goluck has over 30 years in the equipment financing industry, working for several major financial institutions. Providing funding for mostly high-tech equipment to medium and large firms in the form of lines of credit. Established a brokerage firm, providing funding to primarily high-tech firms..
